  • Travel itineraries, guides, and other digital products are non-refundable once delivered.

  • If you experience technical issues accessing digital content, contact us at info@daquinodestinations.com for support.

2. Travel Consultations & Bookings

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 3 business days in advance.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may not be eligible for a refund.

  • We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling whenever possible.
